I am taking this opportunity to introduce myself as the Chair AA Kenya Intergroup. On behalf of AA Kenya and the Convention Planning Committee,
we welcome you to celebrate with us 50 years of AA in Kenya. This is a time to celebrate our experience, strength and hope and continue to carry the
message of AA.

Our theme this year is “Road of Happy Destiny”

I would like to invite you to make your plans to participate in the 5th East Africa AA Convention in Mombasa, Kenya, from 4 th – 5 th November, 2022 at Mombasa Beach Hotel, Mombasa, Kenya. Registration for the Convention and details on accommodation are available here. The AA Kenya Intergroup Chair and planning committee members are excited to host the 5th EA Convention so stay tuned for additional information!

This year’s Convention will be both “in person” and “virtual” to carry the message to as many men and women around the world. We have lined up wonderful speakers, panels, and workshops and lots of fun activities.

We shall end the convention with a Sobriety Countdown, Dinner, and Dance Party on Saturday night. This will also include a handover to the next host country for the convention UGANDA.
